MR Fanfiction. Chapter 2. Arrival

When I woke up I was confused.
What had happened?
Where was I?
Omygod. Where was the flock?
I did a 360 of the room, the place had white everything. Walls, floors, bed, desk. The only color I could see was me and a single splatter-painted picture on the wall.
Thats, um, weird.
Thats when I heard it, footsteps. The (Oh, you guessed it) white door opened and a woman in her early-forties walked in.
"I see you're awake, Maximum."
"Really? I thought I was sleep-flying!" I exclamed, acting surprised and excited.
"No time for that, Max. You need to get ready."
"Ready for what? Where's my flock?" I said harshely.
Still calm, she said, "Your flock is fine. They are already ready. You have to go to school, Max."
"What about, Total?"
Confusion crossed her face. "Total? Oh yes, the dog. He's fine."
"By 'fine' do you mean he's in a room filled with girl poodles being served the finest food Italy has to offer, or stuck in a rusty cage?"
She completely ignored me. "Max, you need to come with me."
No way did I beleive any of the crap. I was already p.o.'d enough.
"Take me to the flock." I demanded.
"I'm not able to do that right now, Maximum. You have to get ready first."
"Fine. How do I need to 'get ready'?"

I wish I hadn't asked. The woman, who I still didn't know the name of, took me through a hallway and into a smaller room. She combed my hair, made me put on my school uniform, and put a light pink chapstick on me. Torture.
